    • Referrals can be made via our website on the Find Support page or by emailing beth@headsupfc.org

    • HeadsUp is a participant lead organization.  You get to decide your goals and how often you want to meet with your assigned Life Skills Coordinator. However, participants utilizing our transitional housing program are expected to meet at least once a week with their dedicated advocate.

  • What types of goals can I get help accomplishing?

    • Our Life Skills Coordinators are skilled at assisting our participants with meeting goals such as finding stable employment, finishing or continuing your education, navigating housing processes within the community, accessing mental health services, and more.  We will work collaboratively to help our participants achieve whatever goals they want to achieve.
